Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. Kevin Blondina is a founding partner of the B & D Group, where he works with corporate and individual clients in all areas of financial planning. Kevin has 34 years’ experience in the industry, holding the Series 6 and 63 licenses through LPL Financial, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. He is a graduate of Rutgers College with Bachelor of Art degrees in both Business Administration and English.
Kevin has a lifelong passion for community service with involvement in Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Rotary, the Franklin Board of Education, and many other charitable organizations. He currently is a board member of the Franklin Education Foundation. His hobbies include golf, cooking, travel, and spending time with family.
Jude DiGidio is a founding partner of the B & D Group, assisting corporate and individual clients with their planning needs. In 1998, he earned the Certified Financial Planner designation from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, CO. Jude has 39 years in the industry, holding the Series 7, 24, 6 and 63 licenses through LPL Financial, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. He is a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
Community service is important to Jude, as he currently serves as Vice-chair on the foundation of Sussex County Community College. His other community involvement includes St. Joseph’s Church, Rotary, YMCA, and several other charitable organizations. His hobbies include spending time with family, reading and golf.
Shannon Blake is an Administrative Assistant on the team, where her goal is to always provide exceptional customer service to everyone she interacts with. Shannon has over 10 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries. With her experience and education, she has learned how to best accomplish clients’ needs.
Shannon enjoys hosting family gatherings, traveling, trying new restaurants, and volunteering her time. She also loves watching basketball and football games, with one of her favorite teams being the Carolina Panthers.
